SOCIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY!!!

This course here at GD Goenka University is being taught as an elective to the students under the department of Mechanical Engineering. 

Psychology is often defined as the study of behaviour and of the mind while sociology is more concerned with developing theories that explain the changing nature of social behaviour in their own and ither societies. So this course teaches the students how both the above terms get along. Taught by the scholars from sociology and social psychology, it develops a sociological perspective on how identities, choices and actions are shaped by technologies, sexuality, culture, insi=tituions and interactions with others.
